Request Tracker FAVICON
Someone on the rt-users mailing list was looking for a favicon.ico for Request Tracker.
RT3 comes with a favicon.png but it has been discovered that MSIE does not support .png files as favicons. I figured there should be an easy solution to this problem. So I googled for convert png to ico and quickly discovered png2ico. Since I usually like to take the path of least resistance, I quickly searched for a FreeBSD package, installed it and converted the RT favicon.png to an ico. It's quick & dirty, but it gets the job done. Enjoy!
